4. Product Guarantee
All aluminium products are supplied with a 10-year manufacturer guarantee covering the frames, hardware, and powder-coated finish under normal use. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance. Glass units carry a separate 5-year guarantee against seal failure.
5. Installer Recommendations
Where we recommend local installers, we do so in good faith based on our knowledge of their work. However, we are not responsible for the quality of installation work carried out by third-party installers. You should satisfy yourself of any installer's credentials, insurance, and suitability before engaging them.
